It works for me. Try to test with WP's Twelwe theme or test with a clean new WP install.
If it works for me it should work for you!
Sitebuilder Pro works excellent on my local machine. Only failure was after last WP update it stops working.
I unistall Sitebuilder and reinstall - works again!

This program is very useful. Before you upload and use any Theme or nulled plugin, search for
"bad code" "callbacks" etc....it is not 100% safe but you can very fast find suspect code.
(Test also with diverce wp plugin aimed to find bad code!)

It comes back when I try to access it after activation that you do not have sufficient permission to access this or something to that affect.
At that point it deactivates and when I activate it again it won't let me in without a license code.
If may work on a local server on your computer but it's not working or didn't work for me on my hosting account test.

Shit, Sorry - You have right. I did a live test and it does not work.
Is there anyway to block callbacks via a plugin or htaccess forbid?
