Why ?
in WSO or some other forums even here. in BBF.

Example.

How I make 2000 usd per month just in 7 usd.
How a street man make 300000 per year just in 27 usd.

All are fraud?
or a fake techniques to sell the crap ?

You just answered your own question. While most of them are pure crap, some do have nuggets of information that can help you. But, they pulled it from another source most likely and don't give you the full details.

Most of them don't use the method they claim made them the said amount of money. Instead they make their money from unsuspecting newbies who are desperate to make money and so the scam is born. They send you down rabbit holes.
