I have contacted seller multiple times on skype for issues in past 3 weeks and did not get a response.

The more people who buy this, the less support you're going to get.
You should probably limit your sales, to avoid saturation and maybe try and help your old customers.

but it is not working for me. Unable to download the videos, even if it's on youtube I am unable to download
It might be because of "unlisted" videos on the website you recommended? Please help, thanks.
