Quality is very good and researched (for this price) of course you have to make some minor changes which take only a few minutes and it is not written by a native should be also obvious because again look at the cheap price. 0.4 per 100 words is really good
Perfect for Tier1 and with proofreading, some minor changes it will be ok for your Moneysite.
Native writers charge 10x more so that is why I think it is a great deal for those who can not afford native writers and are fine with correcting some spelling mistakes (not too much)

beer when I offer them this beverage. They might be amazed with the beverage just like what I
experienced before. Surely, I will get this beverage and put it in my refrigerator to complete my
