Definitely on the money with that. A foreign ad will also be more useful with foreign language content on the landing page and Google translate will absolutely kill any chance of converting your leads. Paying just a few dollars for a freelancer to translate the ad copy and all content is much more reliable. I didn't dl this course so not sure if he mentions this, just saying my 2 cents about my experience in cpa for foreign languages.
