Reps given to nokia5233, NOP, and JohnnyShadow. Still have to download the mammoth 1GB by JS. Bingo! I still have one file from there not shared here. Let me see if I can upload and download with sacrificing on download. Will post mirror links today or tomorrow.

For those facing problems...

1) extract each individual compressed file
2) copy the compressed file from the different folders made above to another folder
3) extract all the files in folder created in step 2.
