What is the best way to utilize a 100 or so 250-500 word technical articles that have all passed copyscape and are not published online?

I know there is tons of information out there on PBN's and on Linkwheels both pro and con..

But I am looking for real world advice right now..

I HAVE:
Niche related money site I would like to target
4 other sites same or close niche names.
Different paid hosting.
Different whois.

So what say you BBHF family....
