I am looking for a tool or tools that can help in creating tier 2 links-

1) For Social Bookmarking - 500+
2) For blog comments
3) web 2.0 - 300+

GSA SER is great for tier 2 links although is not good for web 2.0 creation, use FCS networker or Rank wyz instead.

GSA SER is the best choice for right now
