Here's the .xls in USD (I think this is what you meant?). Changed the currency symbols and the fields "Loss in Euros" to "Loss in Dollars".
(Password is the usual one)
It's really a very basic spreadsheet for arbitrage; you could do it yourself easily. The course is a pyramid scheme, because in order for it to work you need a lot of "friends" and "friens-of-friends" to have a steady income by doing this. I also guess, you'll have to trust that these "friends" will give you back the money you make when they get the amount deposited to their own accounts ;-)
The creator says in video 2 (watched a few of them) that it's not a pyramid scheme, and you shouldn't show it to too many people, but in order for this to work the way he promotes it, you'll have to do the opposite of what he claims.
Financial arbitrage is a good business to be into (sports betting arbitrage is a derivative of that), but it's not done this way.
