Yes, this is an older product that was sold as a MRR item. A headline creator is as good today as it was back then. You can use it to generate ideas and use the ones that you want to use....
I have a PHP version of this kicking around that I wrote many years ago to do the same basic thing. I used to just go to the web address, fill in a couple fields and press the button and it would spit out something like 50 to 100 headlines using the most common types available with your words now embedded in it. Then just copy and paste into you webpage software.... Could edit them of course if you wanted to.
Any Headline Creator is a very handy tool to have if you are building a number of sites and want to come up with ideas fast.
