Hi,
Can anyone please tell me the sites to get paid App Installs and reviews to boost my app rankings. Without them my apps will not boost ranking. If anyone has any ranking method for either Android and App Store please share it too.

You could try fiverr for reviews and installs,but the app stores are catching on to that.If you get no installs,then 1000 installs then no or very little installs....it raises red flags.If you can figure out how to drip feed installs and reviews and drive traffic to make it look consistent,then you might make it work.Keep that in mind regardless of what anyone promises to accomplish.Just my 2 cents.

Facebook Page for the App and FB promotions although if possible Google Plus page because of G+ ratings for app reviews.
