He does do some of that (that's why it's called "PLR") but having known of him for a number of years now I can honestly say that he is one of the good guys of online marketing. He has been around for a relatively long time and has stood the test of time.
Many online marketers learned from him and respect him so he is no "rehas king" I can tel you that. He is someone who does what works and is good at it.

All he does these days is resell PLR and run an IM forum. His sidekick copywriter, Rachel Rofe, rewrites PLR sales copy and they rebrand/restructure the PLR then resell it to their list. He only buys top tier PLR so he doesn't get called out on it. But I haven't seen anything original come out of his camp since $5 Bucks a Day. And that was a LONG time ago.
