Wow I rarely comment on these things. I assume for the most part that the quality is low.

But this - This takes IM ebooks to a whole new level of bad.

It's basically him selling his own service for 40 bucks and 1k leads.

Stay away, not worth the 0.2seconds it took me to download and definitely not worth the 10s i spent scrolling through the pdf / opening his link / facepalming.
