There is some tutorials with full detail explaination to use this software. And if you have VA, you can start to get traffic to use this software, just fill your account in the excel files. I think you can start the trial and watch the tutorial about using this tool.
If you need the effective strategies, just pm me, and I will give you a detail about my strategy later. (Sorry I cannot public it here , because it is a secret and only share with members)
Yes, you should have at least a website, with content, and should have some graphic images in the blog post, etc...

Here's my review:

i asked for the review copy of the software and the software works very well created over 100 accounts and didn't face any issue so far the software worked flawlessly on windows 8.1 , i'm currently using followliker as well but this software is much better. i will be signing up for the subscription soon.

i need trial before buying ... seems interesting
