The public PR is not counted by Google right at this moment, but Google hide their actual PR algorithm and they rank the sites with their hidden PR system.
But in our service the PR is recognized as the aged web 2.0 subdomains and we are not only depending on the PR but also on the algorithm by MOZ that is Page Authority (PA). So we are filtering the blogs according to both of their PR and PA.
