Try SMS lead demon along with HMA... It still works for me

atomic has an sms program. you can also always use twilio too. twilio is cheaper but atomic as a really neat desktop app that you can use or you can use their web based app which requires creating an account with them. then download the software. both require money but it is nominal. you can get started with both for $20. i have used both and prefer twilio only because i can do more with it like voiceblasts and such.
