I was able to download it. But ... when I tried to upload to a blog, realized it is in .rar. So I unzipped, rezipped as a .zip and uploaded to the blog.

However, it won't install. Gets this error msg:

Installing Theme from uploaded file: newsplus_180.zip

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the <code>style.css</code> stylesheet.

Theme install failed.
