One option is to right-click each pdf and choose print and then scan each pdf into a new document.

Interesting for 2 reasons:
1 - good example of a sales pitch for the program itself
2 - the secret selling weapon in this system is a webinar (plenty of webinar training around)

If you're really desperate for this, you can check out Frank Kern's High Paid Advisor program. It's the same set up. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if RR nabbed chunks of it for COD.
