I try listwire, ymlp and for me mailchimp is the very best
MailChimp auto responder costs money. The free version will only allow you to send emails.
Try SendInBlue.
Mailchimp has restrictions they don't like members send links out for "making money online" websites?

MyMail is crap. MyMail author no support for over 2 months now -- check support thread and no refunds either.
mailerlite is free. Quite good and minimalistic. I'm using this:
