This plugin basically pulls terms from various content scanning APIs (zemanta / alchemy) into your tags, along with some automated interlinking. Forget all the crud on the sales page, that's what it does, up to you to decide whether you think that's good or not. In my experience, automated tagging is only appropriate for autoblog sites b/c it will make your quality site look like it's tag-spamming in no time.
