If you are like most people, you've opened your cable bill more than
once and questioned why you are paying so much for channels you don't
even watch? But what can you do? Well actually a whole lot!

The days of paying for cable because we had no options are behind us.
You can cut cable, and still have access to all of your favorite shows
and networks...and you can save money doing so! If you don't mind
cutting out a few TV shows, you can even pay nothing at all! This
article will show you how; it is both a brief introduction to the
different devices out their for streaming TV shows and media, and the
software/apps you need to get the most out of it. It will cover the
pros, cons, and cost of all of it. It covers newer apps and software
like Sony Vue and HBO Now. This guide takes a no-nonsense approach to
cutting the cable cord, and tells you what you need to know as quick as
possible...so you can get back to watching TV.

It may be important to consider...
Publication Date: March 22, 2015
Most of the really great stuff that happened to allow 'cable cutting' BEFORE 2017 has been using broadband internet and devices like TV Boxes, BUT:
In recent months much of that landscape has changed rendering stuff from even last year quite useless.
For example -the TV Box I got with Kodi V15 is now just a very cute little decoration unless I pay for Hulu, Netflix or Amazon to allow me to watch stuff.
It may be worth looking carefully into whatever this book advises BEFORE trying anything after 2+ years have gone by...just saying !!
Thanks

It might also be worth noting that only one single person reviewed the book in 2015, and gave it two stars. The so-called "cordless revolution" is losing momentum, all the providers took most of their content offline (kinda) but made it so you have to either have a cable subscription or you have to pay for a separate account to stream content. There are still loads of reputable sources and ways to stream newer content, but there is still a lot of junk in the streaming world, and it still gets counted as content available.
