Here is a list of 7K EDU and GOV, list is in excel along with a zip.
I don't know much about them or how strong they are other then
there are many PR2, and then range from PR3 - PR6. There is a
lonely PR7 in the group.
You should receive some juice from them but I would think
they may have minimum power. Just my thought on them.
Backlinking is a numbers game to a certain degree, with
thousands to work with the numbers are in your favor.
