So a client needed help in setting up forms on his website, i was about recommending arforms but after he gave me backend access, it turned out the previous developer had already installed this plugin but probably didn't get the time to configure it before moving on to other things.
From what I can tell, it was purchased, but feel free to run a check if you still hold reservations. I wont be able to update cos like i said, the guy who bought it has gone awol.
