I came across few people who are making adsense account nonhosted with youtube with in two hours... How is that possible?? What trick are they using?

I know depending on the county your from, the process is easy or hard / quick or slow.
In Thailand untill a few years ago you could get fully approved for hosted and non hosted adsense account in 2 hours.
They were complete idiots, and did not even look at your sit most of the time.
Now getting harder.
But if you try to get approved in pakistan or something its garanteed more easy than usa.. Think thats how its done.. Find the quickest place, and later change name/address whatever..
