This isn't rehashed. It was new - in 2010 - 11. This is an example where someone has taken an older product and repackaged it. When I get a product I look at the files before I unzip them. As you go through the folders, you will learn the date and time the folders and files were last accessed. If you want to reuse older plr you should at least open all the files and rezip them. That will give them a current time and date. That's the quick and dirty method of changing plr.
