Looking for a novel outlining software called Snowflake Pro by Randy Ingermanson (the Snowflake Method).

It has been shared here before, but there was a problem with the download (virus, so I'm not going to link to it, but you can find it by searching for "Snowflake Pro" on here). I'm wondering if anyone has the software or knows how to get it.
