I'm a bit hesitant on this one; software 'without coding' means outsourcing, and if this is just a 'you can sell software -- hire an outsourcer, put it on WF and get some affiliates' which is what it sounds like, along with rights to some software they've already sold the death out of... then it's no good. But you never know.
