I don't understand how this works with the points?

Bounce rate will definitely rise as someone has posted a screen shot on first page...See the bounce rate is 97%

This is my 15 days visits....its amazing process my bounce rate also gone low and amazing unique visits..see new and returning visitors.

Yeh definitely.. so now in this website we can add 5 pages links so i have started 5 pages so now bounce rate gone to 47%

You can decrease the bounce rate by increasing the "Show Time" in website settings page.

Am I the only that had problems with the software as it made my chrome extensions disabled?
I had to search for a guide to fix it, and the problem was with that.

yes its safe because every time people surf your website from unique IP so you can check the status in analytics.
