So it's launch time...
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The problem is... Affiliates are busy
There are ten launches every day, why should they promote your launch let alone create a custom bonus for it?
However if you provide a ready made bonus as easy to use as bonus go 9 out of 10 affiliate will jump on the chance to sell more with less efforts
