PDF lists and spreadsheets of recommended writers, graphic artists, developers, etc. who are listed on Fiverr, Odesk, and the other outsourcing sites. Haven't had a chance to use any of them myself, but hopefully some BBHF folks will find this useful.

I just did some poking around and found the OTO for Outsourcing All-Stars. It is actually two OTOs - both are lists of additional freelancers. I think the Ultimate List shows 1,000 additional freelancers.

Keep in mind that although Niles appears to be a busy guy, he has probably never used many of the people on these lists. Although he does mention that he asked friends for references, there are a lot of freelancers and no matter how many friends he has made, I would be surprised if they hired all these folks.

So I would still be cautious when using these recommendations, but they are good start.

He also includes a how-to-hire guide and some videos.
