I have nothing but good things to say about the OP.
We spoke on Skype and I had difficulties with his unusual payment method request as he can't take PayPal and wanted to use Bitcoin. I'm not anti Bitcoin, but don't hold any and didn't want to go through the hassle of signing up for a service, transferring funds to get some and then transferring out.
So we discussed matters and found a way of payment that worked for us both. As it so happens it was also the easiest for me, normal bank transfer!
I sent the money yesterday, the funds showed up today and he pinged me on SKype and sent the data.
I haven't emailed the lists yet but it looks to be of extremely high quality. That's not BS either, it looks VERY good.
At the moment I am very happy so far, however the true test is in using it and once I have processed it and sent some mails I'll report back on the responsiveness of it, but so far it's a thumbs up from me.

Hey bud, a quick question, and out of curiosity as well. Why sell these lists if they are worth making money with? I mean, you mentioned earlier that these leads were gathered from sources such as PPC, PPC, solo ads etc. and if it was me, I'd rather keep those leads to myself and since I know the niche they are interested in, I'd promote products to them myself rather than selling them. Simply put, am just trying to understand the logic behind you selling gold for bronze?
I said I would report back once emailed and would detail the stats. I worked with a few tens of thousand and sent some emails that normally get an open rate of 14% and click rate of 9%
I got much lower stats with the OP's data but although they're not great stats but they are completely within the realms of data that the OP stated.
I got a 3.56% open rate and to be fair, that's pretty d*** good considering these are cold leads that haven't opted in (Which is my normal route) - However the click rate was terrible at - 0.1429%
This may work for you, but for me.... I am afraid not.
