If anyone would care to share the latest/greatest versions of these Premium WP themes:

and

...it would be greatly appreciated!
To note, I am aware there are Older versions of these themes here on BBHF, however, imo some big leaps have been made with the newest versions which begets no longer spending/wasting time working with any previous versions.
