I am planning to create a php script that will

1. Schedule unlimitted tweets using .csv ( excel ) with dates
2. can run simultaneously with Multiple accounts
3. auto DM new followers ( abiding twitter limit)
4 follow specific user Followers ( scheduled max.1000 follow within 24 hours)
5 Scrape tweets of specific users. downloadable in ( .txt or csv format)

Web design should be very simple and bandwith friendly

do you need this for yourself or plan to sell it. If it's for yourself you might be faster if you just buy something that works and will automatically be updated when something changes..
