I earlier wanted to post this thread on VIP section, but I later thought that lot of us on BBHF are not VIP members yet. So, here I am.
Without wasting any further time of yours, and sticking to the subject of this thread, let me start and elaborate so that you get a better understanding.
I have noticed one thing that a lot of Technical, SEO/SEM/SMM oriented people are here on BBHF, who also bid for jobs on various sites like Elance, Freelancer, Odesk, etc. Well, the number indicates that a good percentage of members here are into Digital Marketing. And if thats the case, then I have a great offer for you.
I am not like those people here on BBHF who don't even have a VIP account and talk big things like they are some CEO's. I am here to discuss some serious business.
Well, I am starting a Project Management business and we need the following -
Designation | Number of Persons needed

HTML/PHP/CSS/Codeigniter/Twitter Bootstrap | 4 to 8 (one to two each)
WordPress / Magento / Drupal | 3 to 6 (one to two each)
Web Designers | 2
SEO Copywriters | 2
SEM/SMM (On Page and Off Page) | 2
Graphic Designers (Photoshop and GIMP) | 3
Video After Effects | 1
Business Development Executives | 2
CPC / Google Adwords Specialists | 2
App Developer (Android / Iphone) | 2 to 4 (two each)
I would be heading the company myself and handing the Project Management. I would be assigning the tasks and giving payments to the various people involved at various levels depending upon the projects. Different projects would require different work, for example there could be instances when the WordPress developer has to work more than PHP coder, or only WordPress developer is required to complete the task with the Graphic Designer.
Therefore, the payments will be given accordingly as I am sure people would agree that people who worked shall be paid.
Initial Investment needed -
Well, I am not like those who ask for people to contribute 100 USD to 1000 USD in the name of business and then disappear. Neither I am gonna ask you for money nor I am gonna disappear. As you can see above that the number of seats are very few and the competition very high, therefore to prove that you are the person for the job you may be given some tasks to prove that you can complete the tasks when issued.
If you believe in my dream and if you are ready to let me help you achieve the mutual dream of achieving more together, then only pm me.. Time passers just skip messaging me.. You may be required to do the work for the Project Management website initially not keeping in mind your hourly charges so that tomorrow everyone gets to reap what we sow today. Whatever other investment I shall contribute wherever needed for the business to grow.
pm me with your Skype ID, as it would be easier for me to keep track on people... though I prefer Line APP user ids (as numbers are not disclosed and can talk over the phone - voip easily)
