there is no option snaps after I uploaded and updated it

are u on normal theme or shift,blank?
in shift theme and default theme it will be same, be honest I always updated it from 4.0 until 4.2.3
I only replace database and uploads folder all photo and anythink inside...
this is nulled version, clean. when installing, just enter any licence key and start installation. they licence cheick will cheick and consider it is official for life
