I think your original assertion is wrong - they are memes - they just have a slightly different layout. I don't think there is any descriptive term you could search.

You could try Google image search - start from the examples you have, and then look at "Visually similar images" - you may find some - but again they are not special enough for Google to recognize them as a special class.

when you see them posted, look at the hashtags people are using, that might help you find more as well as give you some clues if you decide to also make them for marketing purposes.

i'm sure some of the hashtags would be #ironic or #sarcasm - that type of thing, as well as the normal memes as mentioned above

i've had another go to try and get a description that will hopefully satisfy your question. But, i have to concur with sjc999 above, they are memes but in a format different to what you are expecting
