Deactivate theme. Delete files. Upload nulled version. Activate. See if it works. If it does - delete the files and upload latest version. If it doesn't - you need to delete the mySQL DB keys responsible for Thrive registration, do a manual search in phpMyAdmin (warning, only mess with you DB if you know what you're doing).
