Well, you gotta hand it to 'em they're some smart cookies (or perhaps they just got lucky)
Hopefully someone downloaded b4 page was removed and will re-up, however, there is a little trick to bringing up a download page which has recently been moved due to little things like sites like this great one finding, or simply sharing the download pages.
In this case it's NOT going to work out because the inner links of download page have something going on which I'm not aware of ..... perhaps a plug-in or something which generates links or simply directing to additional pages which were never indexed (?)
At any rate I'm going to leave some info below which someone can check out if they like and perhaps can figure something out there from actually seeing the contents of download page (including download links at the time) and maybe it will in some way help. Again off the cuff it's not going to work even though it will "appear" to.
Ok so (and this is good info for future reference so you may wanna take notes), Google has a cache where they store their history of sites right (duh) so, all we have to do then is use their standard code and..... IF the download page was indexed by the product peddlers - excuse me, product owners - (and we know from a simple G string search that sometimes they are), then it is just a matter of using our good friend Mr. G and having a good stroll down memory lane, right? Right.
Ok, so the code your gunna wanna use then is the following...
Use that code just prior to the regular url in question and... IF THE PAGE WAS INDEXED, and "sometimes" they are, then you will see the page as it was in all it's glory lol, as they say
In my own experience this works about 50% of the time and I have found things that otherwise would have been "lost" (it particularly works great when s3 inner download links were used)
Keep in mind a few basic things here though:
1) If they moved the actual inner download links (like maybe in this case) then it won't do u any much good, and
2) It is only going to be available until the next big G update..... which could be 30 minutes or 30 days
3) Make sure you use the exact and full url as it was of page and paste that immediately following that code, here is an example...
So there you go boys and girls, give it a try sometime and you may be tickled pink when it brings up something far better this product (I have found some doozies over the years) and you feel like you've outsmarted those shizty product owners who have the nerve to up and move their pages like that!
Hope it helps guys and look forward to a possible upload/share from someone who may have been able to download in time (hey, it may not be a great product but, could be helpful and worth checking out)
P.S. As always, try to keep this info limited to the forum here and don't go being a blabber mouth or someday it may stop working and then you wouldn't be able to utilize anymore...think people, think

I think i got a few of the templates before access was closed.
This file includes: Bundle, DVD, Ipad, magazine, smartphone and website.
This is one of my first shares, so if i do something incorrectly I apologize. Thanks to the OP for the links. I really haven't looked at these, so i can't say much about the quality of the product. Here's a link to the copy.com file.

Thanks for the effort B75, looks like you got a good portion of it.
The only thing missing then (Other than the 2nd OTO which was not indexed) is the following:
No big deal I'm sure, thanks a bunch for sharing what you had though.
