You do have a good point, but if they're going through authorize.net or paypal, then I wouldn't be concerened. We use PayPal, Skrill and Payza and do not have any issues with these methods as it runs through their SSL and not ours when putting the details in. I am sure that they do check your accounts after awhile, but if they have encrypted files and folders like we do for our customers, then there is no issue with this.
If you're worried about security, don't be, why? because there are threats everywhere you go on the web. You can only prevent fraud or theft by NOT purchasing goods online. It's really that simple, sucks but it's true. The best way to keep your info safe, is to go through trusted sources that have trusted sources. So if Site.com offers payment methods through Site2.com and they have positive reviews (for MANY years) then your best bet is to go through them right? This is human nature. Hopefully this helps, just a little FYI.

They will close your account if you re-share what you have downloaded. Otherwise i see no reason. No one is gonna search for you and sue you if you have w4rez in your private account - it is a big company and if they have to look after every of their users it means that the whole world population needs to work for them just for such issues.
I think your best bet is to buy one account from fiverr and use it for storing your files - that way it will be cheaper, but if you really want to use it as personal account and need the things in it - better do not risk and just pay for it.

I paid $20 on fiverr to get my copy.con up to 1tb.
I don't know what the cost is now but I am sure it is the least expensive way to go.
Best of all, it is a time payment and none of this monthly B.S.
