How much time those sites can be active?
I mean the sites you used to apply. If you don't provide that site for at least 1 year, this price would be high. There are a few sites to provide a full AdSense for a lesser amount.

Yet, I don't have worries to get an AdSense account with my own knowledge, I feel good to ask this as I am just trying for clarity.

You should clarify what type of sites you use, and how you provide them to the buyers...etc. And I guess you are not accepting some countries just because of PayPal, right?

we have some privacy currently we are not support following countries, google takes too much times for approval

No We apply with your details, name, address, city, country, with fresh accounts. and there no risk for ban until unless you break any TOS of adsense, and you can see in video there is an approval email from google, we do not delete, so there is no tips or no trick or no blackhat method for creating accounts, hope I clear your query.

What about if the adsense account was banned previously? Let's say you create a new adsense account for me, can I use it on the same ip which was used earlier and on which the adsense was banned.
