I apologise for the quality of this share. I have been searching for an ebook version of this book for a long time and all I have been able to find is a scanned copy of the physical book. Most of the pages are a little crooked but still easily readable but there are some pages that are difficult to read, where the page meets the spine of the book. I still wanted to share it with members of this amazing forum though and hope that someone will find it useful.

This isn't a recipe book, instead it lists ingredients that pair well together so you can create your own recipes.

Also, this is huge for a PDF. Just over 103mb. The .zip only contains the PDF and I named the folder TFLB in hope that it wont be taken down but just in case anyone is worried, here is the Virustotal scan:

You're welcome Smile

I actually haven't had much of a chance to properly read through it yet, only skim over it but the book lists thousands of ingredients in alphabetical order and explains their qualities so you can get a better understanding of the ingredient and how to properly season that ingredient. It also lists what other ingredients pair well with your chosen ingredient.

There aren't any recipes, but there are "flavour affinities" for example: Bacon, chanterelle mushrooms, chicken and potatoes all work very well together as do blackberries, ginger and peaches. So if you are tired of following other peoples recipes and want to start experimenting with your own, unique recipes then this book would be very useful.
