Further to my last post (29) on this once installed it said:
"The Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades plugin was unable to handle requests for this upgrade. Unfortunately, this setup may be incompatible with the plugin."

Did anyone else get this message? and has anyone tired this is it fully function and all options.

Hi Corina, welcome to BBHF :)

The plugin should be fully functional, please have a look at ThriveLeads tutorials to learn how to set up different types of optins. They have all worked for me and I hope for other as well(can anyone confirm please?).

The error you've received seems to suggest that you tried to update the plugin, am I correct?
Whether it's the case or not, a good rule of thumb is never ever try to update any cracked/nulled software/plugin

Opps sorry folks, some weird formatting thing happned just now in my post an no idea how to go back in and edit or delete!
It should say this:

As far as the various forms I cannot see here is what is supposed to happen As soon as the Lead Group is created the 5 different opt-in forms are listed underneath that simply does not happen for me I only get one choice Ribbon from what is supposed be underneath as being 5 choices:
Ribbon, lightbox, widget, post footer, slide in

Anyone else having this issue? unless its another plugin I have causing conflict

It's probably another plugin. A screenshot would be useful.

I also added this to another website and funny enough had same issue only one choice Ribbon once a new group is named/ created


I went through one at time plugins and disabled did refresh of the leadpage dashboard each time and made no difference

No idea how to add an image here where you click for my screen shot trust me I have only one option instead of five

and notice the first main image under step 1
First, you create a Lead Group name.
and their image where all 5 choices should be there under each other Ribbon, light box, slide etc well I only have Ribbon.

Well Corina, seems like your best option is to buy the plugin and then get support from the actual developers of the plugin, as it does not seem to be the null issue (it's working for everyone else) but either the set up of your host/wordpress or something that you're particularly doing with the plugin (since I have no screenshot/screencast - I can only guess).


I can only provide support if the plug has not been nulled properly.
