Friends,Tested and working perfectly.
steps>
1)unzip folder and read How to install
2)after making all necessary changes,u still get opppss error.
3)to resolve this, first go to admin cp>>theme management>>frontend themes>>blank theme>>Configuration>>Input your own header icon color>>#dddddd
>>save

Don't forget to disable bigpipe option from
Admin panel otherwise edit or delete post dropdown
Menu disappeared.
And also disable boost this post option,if you are using
Ad module,otherwise it will destroy ur website.Its a bug.
Still no updates available for v 4.1.1
