i want to buy new laptop and i am confuced which one to select...please suggest me which laptop is perfect for php programmer.

any laptop would be perfect. there's no special laptops made just for php developers. just get any laptop with minimum 4gb ram, core i3 or i5, dedicated graphics are optional and most importantly get a good php ide like notepad++, sublime text or dreamweaver and get started :) higher ram is recommended because browsers use most ram especially firefox but is the best browser for web developers. chrome is built for speed and is not developer friendly.
Whats your price range ?
For a webdev I would say the only hardware requirement is 1080p Screen ,nothing else matters.
Try Dell XPS 13 or Macbook Air
for programming even a 15k can work too. around 21-22k you can get i3 2nd generation and that one will work perfectly
