I tested, and I get "Plugin activated."... In the plugins folder, the style.css file is in the css folder just as it should be. The file is original downloaded from Woo, unmodified, unaltered just as all of my uploads are........

And P.S. - madabest -- This isnt a theme. It's a plugin. Make sure you are installing a new PLUGIN not a new THEME. :-)'
