Thank you for reporting the issue. We are fixing the registration bug now and apologize for the inconvenience on this. The 24 hour period is to control server flooding from non-user accounts which are permitted to only 2 in that time frame. As a registered user, this limit is lifted. Registration is being redeveloped and will be available in the next few hours. We apologize for this, and can assure you it will be ready as promised. As for the file update, From wp-rocket there is a shell issue and we have notified the developers to correct this immediately before we can launch to the forum.

UPDATE: Registration bug has been corrected. Download bug corrected for all versions for every browser. Please report any other issues you come across. Thank you!
