You can use OptimizePress. Its very easy to use wp theme/plugin for creating good looking sales page/landing page and membership portals.

I'd recommend using wordpress and the plugins that come with it. You can probably take a course on udemy to learn this stuff or just search online. Good luck!

If you have the budget then yes go with OptimizePress, LeadPages or something similar to that.
You can create one on your own:
Use any theme that has a full width template and remove any sidebar widgets
Google "sales page generator." There are a few sites out there were you can create the sales page graphics, and add these to your page/post.
You can also find free shortcode plugins for sales buttons and other page elements.
I've used the free WordPress Landing Pages plugin before, but I think you have to upgrade for any features like autoresponder integration.
Inkthemes has a new plugin that looks nice, but it's a paid plugin.
