it will work fine initially... after 4 days, the nag line will be displayed asking for activation information... and this activation process will keep on calling home until a valid activation key is entered (unless an experienced php coder finds a way to null or bypass the activation process)...

here's a workaround:

1. download the modified td_block.php
vt scan - https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/60ec5...423231328/
dl link - http://ge.tt/8xSJky92/v/0

2. find the file \wp-content\themes\Newspaper\includes\wp_booster\td_block.php, make a backup of that file and replace it with the td_block.php file from the above ge.tt link

this should bypass the activation process and prevent the theme from calling home...

still, if you read both threads, you will notice that a different solution to the activation issue is being offered here...
