Seems to me like there are little bits missing like why have you got to get the 3 top videos does he mean make a video for each of them as he has only picked the top one??? Anyone understand that bit?

It wasn't real clear, but what I got out of it was this:

Simplest way: Pick the top video and target that one.
More effective: Pick the top two or three videos, make two or three slight variations on your own video and target all of them.
