A somewhat of a "permanent" solution could be doing a GB so we can get access to a email that is in his database so we can download the software.I doubt he would risk blocking his customer's address without knowing which one leaked his software.
Being able to add our own fb app with API to this software would make it work in the long term.
do you have mac version ?
